Our Returns Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your XMuscle order. If you are not, we have made returning items as straightforward as possible.

14-Day Right to Cancel

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 calendar days of receiving your goods, without giving any reason. To exercise this right, notify us at hello@xmuscle.co.uk with your order number before the 14-day period expires.

Conditions for Return

• Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging
• Opened or partially used supplements cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons (unless faulty)
• Returns must be received within 14 days of your cancellation notification

Faulty or Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at hello@xmuscle.co.uk with photos. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund including return postage.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 5 business days to your original payment method. Return postage is at your expense unless the item is faulty.

1. Email hello@xmuscle.co.uk with your order number and reason for return
2. We'll respond within 1 business day with return instructions
3. Package items securely and send tracked to the address provided
4. Keep your proof of postage
