Your safety matters to us. This page explains how to use the food supplements sold on XMuscle (xmuscle.co.uk) responsibly, along with important legal and health information. Food supplements: what they are (and aren't)
The products we sell are food supplements. They are intended to support a healthy lifestyle, not to replace it. Supplements are not a substitute for a varied, balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. The best foundation for your health is nutritious food, regular activity, good sleep and plenty of water.
Our products are not medicines. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease or medical condition. Nothing on this website should be taken as medical advice, and no medicinal claims are made about any product we sell.
Who can buy from us
You must be 18 or over to purchase food supplements from XMuscle. By placing an order you confirm that you meet this minimum age requirement. Please keep all supplements out of the reach and sight of children.
Always read the label
Every product carries its own label with specific directions, ingredients and warnings. Always read the label and product packaging fully before use, and follow the instructions provided. If there is any difference between information shown on this website and the information on the physical product, the label on the product is the definitive source.
- Do not exceed the recommended daily intake or stated dose. More is not better, and higher amounts will not improve results.
- Follow the recommended timing and serving size for each product.
- Keep the label and packaging until you have finished the product.
Check with a healthcare professional first
Supplements affect people differently, and some are not suitable for everyone. Please consult your doctor, GP or pharmacist before use if you:
- are pregnant or breastfeeding;
- are taking any medication (prescription or over-the-counter);
- have a medical condition, allergy or ongoing health concern; or
- are unsure whether a product is right for you.

Allergen guidance
If you have a food allergy or intolerance, please check the label carefully before use. Allergen information is listed on each product's packaging. Some products are made in facilities that also handle allergens (such as milk, soya, nuts, gluten and others), so there is a possibility of cross-contact even where an allergen is not an intended ingredient. If you have any doubt about a product's suitability, do not use it and speak to your doctor or pharmacist.
Caffeine and stimulant caution
Some products — for example certain pre-workout or energy formulas — contain caffeine or other stimulants. If you choose one of these products, please take sensible precautions:
- Assess your own tolerance by starting with the smallest recommended serving.
- Avoid combining with other sources of caffeine (such as coffee, tea, cola or energy drinks) on the same day.
- Do not take stimulant products late in the day, as they may affect your sleep.
- Do not exceed the recommended daily intake.
Stimulant-containing products are not suitable for children, or for people who are pregnant, breastfeeding, sensitive to caffeine, or advised to limit their caffeine intake.
Storage
To keep your supplements in good condition:
- Store in a cool, dry place, out of direct sunlight.
- Keep containers tightly closed when not in use.
- Keep all products out of the reach of children.
- Check the best-before or expiry date and do not use a product beyond it.
If you feel unwell
If you experience any adverse effects or an unexpected reaction, stop using the product immediately and seek advice from a doctor or pharmacist. If your symptoms are serious, seek urgent medical attention. We'd also be grateful if you would report any concerns to us at hello@xmuscle.co.uk so we can look into it and support you.
Results can vary
Individual results vary. Everyone's body, diet, training, genetics and lifestyle are different, so the effects of any supplement will differ from person to person. Supplements work best as part of a consistent, healthy routine, and no specific outcome is guaranteed.
Ordering, delivery and payment
We deliver to mainland UK. Orders are usually dispatched within around one working day and typically arrive 2–4 working days after dispatch. Delivery is free on orders over £49.99; otherwise a flat rate of £4.99 applies.
Payments are handled securely via PayPal, which lets you pay using your PayPal balance, credit or debit card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, or Pay by Bank — you do not need a PayPal account to check out. We may also offer recurring subscriptions via PayPal on selected products, and you can cancel a subscription at any time.
Returns and your consumer rights
You have a 14-day right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, running from the day after you receive your goods. However, for hygiene and safety reasons, food supplements cannot be returned once any seal is broken or the product has been opened — unless the item is faulty.
If a product is faulty or not as described, you are protected under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and these rights are not affected by the hygiene exception above. For full details on how to return an item, please see our Returns page or contact us at hello@xmuscle.co.uk.
Your data and privacy
We process personal data in accordance with UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018. Mando Systems Ltd is the data controller for XMuscle. The supervisory authority for data protection in the UK is the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk), which you have the right to contact if you have concerns about how your data is handled.
