1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of xmuscle.co.uk and all purchases made through the website. By placing an order you agree to these terms. XMuscle is a trading name of Mando Systems Ltd, registered in England and Wales (Company No. 17168657), registered office: 10 Pilgrims Walk, Worthing, BN13 1RJ.

2. Products & Health Disclaimer

Supplements are intended to complement a balanced diet and regular exercise programme. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before starting any new supplement, particularly if you are pregnant, breastfeeding, have a medical condition, or are taking prescribed medication. Keep all products out of reach of children.

3. Orders & Payment

All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price. Prices are displayed in GBP inclusive of any applicable VAT. We accept payment via Stripe (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay). Payment is taken at the time of order. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders at our discretion.

4. Delivery

We deliver to mainland UK addresses. Standard delivery typically takes 2–4 working days after dispatch. Free delivery is applied to orders over £49.99. We aim to dispatch all orders within 1 working day. XMuscle accepts no liability for delays caused by third-party couriers or circumstances beyond our control.

5. Returns & Refunds

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receipt under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, provided the goods are unopened, unused, and in original condition. Perishable products or opened supplements cannot be returned for hygiene reasons unless faulty. To initiate a return, contact hello@xmuscle.co.uk with your order number.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website including text, images, logos and software is the property of Mando Systems Ltd or its content suppliers and is protected by UK and international copyright laws.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mando Systems Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of this website or our products. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the value of your most recent order.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
